TAHINI SAUCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil and mix. Add salt, curry and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix everything together for the Tahini sauce in a bowl. Add a little warm water. The sauce should have a thicker consistency. We can always add a little more water.
Mix the sauce with the roasted cauliflower. Garnish with chopped dates and pistachios and finish with fresh chives or dill.
