CAESAR SALAD

  • Romaine lettuce
  • A handful of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • A little caper or pickled cucumber
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon

Put everything except lettuce in a blender and purée.

Cut the romaine lettuce and mix the dressing with the salad.

For optional croutons, fry bread cubes in a pan with ghee butter until crispy.
