SAUTÉED SPICED BANANAS

  • 4 overripe bananas, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Melt ghee in a small pan over low heat. 

Add the spices and let it cook for about a minute until you can smell a lovely, sweet aroma. 

Add the bananas to the pan. Stir to coat with the spices. 

Cover and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. 

Garnish with a sprinkle with nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
