Based on the science of breath, Kriya Yoga greatly enhances all spiritual practice. The technique emphasizes the relationship between the breath and mind. When the breath is mastered, the face of the divine can be seen.
Isha Kriya is one of the first experiences I had with yoga and is by far the most gentle and profound practice I have done.
